1. Scope of deletion

A guardian or eligible student may request deletion of their account and personal data from the Nozha Schools LMS. Deletion covers:

• The account and profile (name, optional photo, contact details).
• Non-academic personal data (messages, attachments, uploaded files).
• User-generated content inside the platform.

2. How to request deletion

Send a deletion request to:

• shady.mohamed@nozha.edu.eg

Please send the request from the school email registered to the account, or from the guardian email linked to the student, and include:

• Full name in Arabic or English.
• School email associated with the account.
• National ID (for identity verification).
• Whether you want full account deletion or deletion of specific personal data.

3. Processing time

We acknowledge requests within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days, unless legal or academic record requirements require us to retain certain data.

4. Data we may need to retain

Some data cannot be deleted immediately or completely due to legal, educational, and audit requirements, including:

• Official academic records: grades, exams, attendance, monthly and annual reports.
• Administrative audit logs and sign-in logs for security and compliance.
• Data required to be retained under Egyptian Ministry of Education regulations.
• Data tied to a financial or official reporting period.

This data is deleted or anonymised once the required legal retention period ends.

5. Effects of deletion

After account deletion:

• You will no longer be able to sign in with that account.
• Messages and personal files will be removed.
• Official academic records are kept to comply with school and regulatory requirements.
